Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. Her return to competition in 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for her Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place in the Fitness Division, despite having zero expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lightweight day, and the other heavy weight day.
